?ou never change things by fighting the existing reality.
To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.?r
– Buckminster Fuller –

You are enough.

You have always been enough.

I know you believe that you?e not.

Not good enough, wanted enough, loved enough or strong enough.

Otherwise they would stop.

But you are enough.

It? not you.

It? not about your value, or lack of.

It? not your fault.

It? all about them.

And nothing about you.

They doubt they are enough too.

Learn that you are enough.

Trust that you are enough.

Know that you have done enough.

And because you are already whole.

You have all the parts you need.

They just need remodelling, redesigning.

So they can hold stronger, stand firmer, stay true.

Build a new model.

A new structure of belief and trust in yourself.

I know that this is enough.

To change your reality.
